NEW YORK, NY (Aug. 19, 2019) - In 2007, the Open Space Institute created the Barnabas McHenry Hudson River Valley Awards to foster the next generation of leaders working on behalf of the Hudson River Valley, one of our nation’s most scenic, cultural, and historic regions.
