Please join us on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Metropolitan Club in Manhattan, for our Annual Luncheon where we will honor the Adams family – OSI founding Chairman John, his wife Patricia, and their children Kate, John Hamilton and Ramsay – for their tremendous contributions as individuals and as a family, to the environmental well-being of so many communities, from the Hudson Valley to the Catskills to the Southern Appalachians, and beyond.
Inspired by the Adams’ enormous impact, we are also celebrating the legacy of families in conservation. Each year, OSI bestows our annual Land Conservation Award on an individual or group who has made significant contributions to protecting open space, and the benefits it brings; this year’s event takes on special significance, as we celebrate the impact of OSI’s own Chairman and his dedicated family, as well as many other committed families.
The event will be a wonderful opportunity to learn about our land protection accomplishments and goals, while celebrating families that have been leaving a lasting legacy of conservation for generations.
