2018 Park Advocacy Day- March 5, 2018

Join the Open Space Institute (OSI) for our 12th annual Park Advocacy Day on Monday, March 5, 2018 in Albany to support the continued revitalization of our state parks system.

Every year, OSI works with Parks and Trails New York to invite community members and park friends groups to join us to support the continued improvement of our state parks system.

Participating in Park Advocacy Day is meaningful, fun, and most of all, easy! Participants have the opportunity to join with park supporters from throughout the state to meet with policymakers and stress the importance of supporting funding for state parks.

There is no cost to participate, but advance registration is required.

Registration will begin at 9:30AM at the Hart Theater Lounge in The Egg, Empire State Plaza, Albany. Following speakers and lunch (provided), participants will meet with decision-makers from approximately 12:30PM-4:00PM.

For more information & to register.
