Land protection is a permanent gift. The support you give today will help conserve land forever, ensuring that future generations of people as well as wildlife will continue to benefit from your generosity for many years to come.
The Open Space Institute thanks you for your interest in making a “forever gift.” Your tax-deductible planned gift offers numerous benefits, including potential tax reductions for you and your heirs, and the ability to protect the lands you love in perpetuity. The information below is intended to facilitate your philanthropic process but is not financial or estate advice. OSI recommends working with a qualified financial or estate advisor to ensure your gift achieves your philanthropic goals.
